Shipping policy

MICC currently offer a number of shipping options:

Standard shipping (3-5 working days) is available for all orders up to 10kg. These will be sent via Parcel 2 Go using the most appropriate courier service for your area and order. If an order shows as delivered on the Parcel to Go website (via whatever courier) then MICC responsibility for delivery is seen as fulfilled. 

1-2 Day shipping is available for all orders via DPD, which are sent on a 1-2 day shipping structure Mon to Fri if your order is received before 1pm. Orders received after 1pm on Friday will ship on Monday for a 1-2 day delivery - ensuring your parcel is safe with us over the weekend.  If an order shows as delivered on the DPD website then MICC responsibility for delivery is seen as fulfilled. 

Click and Collect - If you choose "Pick Up" at checkout, there is no shipping fee to pay. Orders can be collected from MICC HQ Mon-Fri between 3-6pm and by appointment on Saturdays (typically between 10am-1pm). You will receive a notification once your order is ready for collection.

Orders to Northern Ireland are sent via Parcel 2 Go on a 2-3 working day delivery (10kg max).  If an order shows as delivered on the Parcel to Go website (via whatever courier) then MICC responsibility for delivery is seen as fulfilled. 

Other UK Shipping to Ireland (Eire), Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Scottish Highlands and Islands a flat fee will be applied.  If an order shows as delivered on the Parcel to Go website (via whatever courier) then MICC responsibility for delivery is seen as fulfilled.
